What would Renly cost you?

Managing several estates costs no more than one. Your tier follows the total units across all of them.

An estimate, assuming one collection per unit each month. Excludes VAT and the processing fee Paystack or Flutterwave charges directly. Collection fees come out of settlement to you, not out of what residents pay.

Collections

A small fee on money you collect.

Taken out of settlement to you, never added on top for the resident. Someone who owes ₦150,000 pays exactly that, and their charges settle in full.

Paystack and Flutterwave charge their own processing fees directly. Those are not ours and we do not mark them up.

Every tier includes everything.

There is no feature ladder. A twelve-unit estate gets the same system as a five-hundred-unit portfolio, because the small estate is the one that most needs the gate to work.

Questions

The things people ask first.

What counts as a unit?

An occupied unit in an active estate. Vacant and archived units are not counted, so you are never billed for a plot under construction.

What happens when I cross a tier?

Nothing, until your next invoice. Adding units mid-month never changes an invoice already issued; the new tier applies from the following period. The same is true going down.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The 14-day trial takes no card. You add one before your first invoice.

What if a card fails?

We retry on days one, three and seven. You can also keep a balance with Renly, funded by bank transfer, and a failed card falls back to it automatically. Nigerian cards decline often enough that we did not want an issuer outage to interrupt an estate.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your account becomes read-only after a week. You keep full access to your resident register and can export everything. What stops is issuing new invoices to residents and generating collection links. We are not going to lock an estate out of its own records.

Can I pay annually?

Yes, and you pay for ten months rather than twelve. You can switch either way, effective from your next billing period.
