About paying for Renly Homes
Do residents pay anything?
No. Residents, guards and staff are free. The estate pays one price based on its number of units.
I manage several estates. How is that priced?
By the total units across all of them, on one plan. Managing several estates costs no more than one estate of the same size.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans can stop at the end of any month. Yearly plans cost ten months, so two months are free.
What are the collection fees?
A small fee on money collected through Renly: 1%, capped at ₦5,000 a payment on rent and on service charges. It comes out of settlement to the estate, not out of what residents pay.
Who pays Paystack's fees?
Paystack charges its own processing fee on each payment, separately from Renly. Prices exclude VAT.
